I just moved your post from the Intel® QuickAssist Technology (Intel® QAT) community over to the Embedded Intel® Core™ Processors, perhaps not exactly the right place for it since this is an integrated circuit (IC) and not a core processor but this issue will get better support here.

I would also recommend checking https://community.intel.com/t5/Embedded-Intel-Core-Processors/part-number-DW82801HBM-SLJ4Y/m-p/1620133 is the part is the same: DW82801HBM. This IC is not actively supported anymore.
