Would like to ask do you have the initialization requirement file (in bsdl or svf) format for boundary scan test of  gg0cpu04302300.bsdl?

the attached document mention of document id 606161, may i know how can i download it?

Currently i am working on developing boundary scan test for in-circuit test.
