C604 chipset physical dimension

Hi,

 

We are checking on the physical dimension(height) of C604 chipset, but unable to get related info in Intel Resource Design Center, can you help to provide?

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The  C604 chipset is already Discontinued, therefore its documentation is no longer available.
