We have designed a custom board with D1559 processor, we have manufactured 11nos, while board bring up , the BIOS stops in memory detection and we are getting the error as shown below

N0.C0.D0.R0.S00: Failed RecEn Pi

EFP NO ECC

EFP status: 2

N0.C0.D0.R0.S00: RecEn training failure!!!

The design is not verified by intel,

we are using below

memory down configuration

Microcode: M10506654_0F000017.h

We are using coreboot BIOS with Intel FSP1.0 for Broadwell-DE.

FSP Version: BDXDE_FSP_MR_002_RC5_20161115

Attached the LOG file , top marking of the XEON processor we are using.

Kindly let us know the root cause of the issue. and how to solve it
