Good day to all!
I have an ASUS MB ( ASUS ROG Strix B650E-E Gaming WiFi ) and on a new build the system doesn’t see my LAN. So I can’t even install Windows 11.
The LED’s on the Ethernet port and on the router are blinking, but the router indicates a speed of 10Mb.
The router is 1Gb and the other PC’s are seeing the LAN OK.
I did try to change the router ports, reset the router and used a new CAT8 cable.
I did upgrade the ASUS BIOS to the latest version.
Anyone has any suggestions?
Thank you!

Problem resolved.
This was a deadlock situation: no LAN without drivers downloaded via OS and no Windows 11 installation without LAN.
Solution: bypass the internet requirement for Windows 11 installation
1) [Shift] + [F10] enter the command prompt
2) OOBE\BYPASSNRO
I did have to [CNTRL] [C] to activate the keyboard .
