We have an issue where Intel® Ethernet Controller I225-V disables itself.
Intel i225-v would disable itself and you cant re enable it
if you change and NIC settings it freezes device manager \ the settings box
rebooting the pc causes it to get stuck on the restarting page
adaptor goes back to normal and you can only re enable once a reboot has taken place
Motherboard: ASUS ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFI AMD Motherboard
Intel® Ethernet Controller I225-V Driver V: 1.1.4.42
we have tried the usual remedies including driver updates \ re installs

We have analyze the logs and since you are currently using ASUS ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFI AMD Motherboard, you may try using the latest Asus driver from Asus website:
If still an issue, you may try to do clean driver installation:

May I know if you have done the clean driver installation? If yes, may I know the outcome?
