Intel I218-V on Windows Server 2022

Hello! I have an X99-A Motherboard running Windows Server 2022. So far, I've been unable to get the Intel I218-V NIC functional (I'm using an add-in card to get internet working in the meantime). Both Intel software and Windows Driver Search through Windows Update tell me it's unable to find drivers for it, or for the former the device itself (but the onboard NIC works perfectly in Windows 10/11, tested same day). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, I'd prefer to use the onboard NIC so I can repurpose my add-on card.

Hello, Maggard.

Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support forums.

I received your ticket regarding the Intel connector, and I will be reviewing this with you.

With this being an onboard ethernet port, have you tried contacting the motherboard manufacturer?

Please also provide us a complete system report using Intel SSU:

I will follow up April 13th in case additional time is required.

Hello, Maggard.

This post is to inform you about the closure of this support thread.

I previously tried to obtain more information to properly diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, but there was no response after trying to follow up.

The thread will be closed right now, and it will no longer be monitored by Intel support, but if you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, just open a new thread, or contact us using any of the available support methods:
