Intel LAN ethernet connection differences

What is the difference between Intel I-218V and Intel I210-AT?

I have seen on some motherboard manufacturer websites that the I-218V supports "Dual interconnect between the Integrated LAN controller and Physical Layer (PHY)"

Does the same apply to the I210-AT?
