Hi

We want to design test and verification tool for Intel ethernet E823-C and Intel ethernet E830 in the lab, and future used in the factory .

I download Intel? Network Connections- 23.4 PV Software Development Kit (SDK Tools): RDC#348744 from below:

https://designintools.intel.com/intel-network-connections-tools.html

I have some questions as below for SDK. I have sent my questions to DesignInTools@intel.com, but got the answer not supported there.

Woulf you help where is the correct contact window to solve or forward my problems as below:

=======================================================================

We currentlu use Intel Network Connections Software Development Kit (Quartzville SDK) to test and verify in the lab, future used in the factory.
To test and verify Intel ethernet E823-C and Intel ethernet E830.

We have two questions to consult as below:

Q1. We use CudlTestTransmitAndReceive to test PHY loopback and MAC loopback, and use CUDL_DIAGNOSTIC_STATS to get stats.
We can get the result value from Stats->PacketsReceived, but Stats->TotalPacketsPerSecond or Stats->RxBitsPerSecond always gets value zero.

Would you help how do we the get the TotalPacketsPerSecond or RxBitsPerSecond with the tested result value?
Can provide the sample for this?

Q2. Can provide Quartzville SDK Diagnostic Tools SDK Programmers Manual and API Reference Manual?

Thanks

James Yang
