1. What is the model of your Ethernet Controller?

2. Please share the link where the driver was downloaded from.

3. Brand and model of your system

4. Operating system used

5. When was the issue first encountered? 

6. Is this is newly integrated system? If no, for how long did the Ethernet worked fine and is there any changes prior to the issue?
