My NUC with an i3 CPU is running Windows 11 version 23H2. Until the end of September 2023, my connection speed to the internet was 1 Gb and the network adapter was GbE. Now, my adapter is an Ethernet Controller 1225-V and my connect speed is 100 Mb.

There was no physical change to the computer at any time.
