Support Assistant ofline

Connectivity is irregular, intermittent and ranging from 0 to 140 MBS. Support Assistant depends on the browser and connection, how to use Support Assistant when you are disconnected?

  1. Are you using a LAN on Motherboard (LOM)? If yes, may we know what is the brand and model of your motherboard?
  2. When did the issue first occur? Any specific software where it only occurs?
  3. Is the connectivity of other devices not affected by this problem? How about the wireless connection?
  4. Kindly provide the SSU of the system so we can check the system's configuration. For reference, you can check out this link below.
