Is it possible to receive a Thermal model of the 82599?

(preferably an ECXML Thermal model

According to the datasheet, such a model is available...

Networking Division (ND) Niantic - Zip file contains the thermal models for 82599 silicon. Thermal Models are intended to assist OEMs in developing system-level thermal solutions. They include a user guide, and thermal simulation models such as FloTherm and Icepak. The thermal model is for use in commercially available Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)-based thermal analysis tools. It contains the thermal models for the chipset/processor package and the reference heatsink assembly. It is comprised of the processor package and a socket assembly.
