VMware 7.0.3g SR-IOV Support with Intel xxv710

Has anyone seen this issue occur with VMs running in VMware 7.0.3g version utilizing SR-IOV with Intel xxv710 cards?

The Intel xxv710 cards have the following driver and firmware:

Driver Info:
Bus Info: 0000:88:00:1
Driver: i40en
Firmware Version: 8.15 0x800095e3 1.2527.0
Version: 2.1.5.0

Behavior being seen is that whenever a VM is started that it will reset the trusted settings for the VF. Is this behavior normal or has anyone been able to solve this behavior at a VM level?

Hello OXIO_TechOps,

Thank you for the quick reply. Upon checking the PBA number that you provided. As per our Database, this is an OEM unit from Dell.

Kindly contact Dell for further assistance, they may have custom driver, software and firmware for your network card. OEM units may have been altered by the manufacturer that is why it has different behavior.
