WGI210 with pin strapping option and no SW programming

is it possible to use the WGI210 with some HW pin strapping so we don't have to use SW to program  the device?

Upon checking, the Intel WGI210 does not natively support configuration via hardware pin strapping to bypass the need for software programming entirely. This is because the Intel I210 family relies on an EEPROM or iNVM (integrated Non-Volatile Memory) for its configuration, which is typically loaded during initialization.
