Why does the warning message system info:eth0 lost carrier appear?

Hi，

When we are using the network port of intel I350-T4 for OCP 3.0 as the shared BMC network port, we find that when the server is restarted, there will be a lot of network alarm information system info:ethX lost carrier information,

eth0 lost carrier

no matter which network port we share, there will be such warning information. It was confirmed by our BMC engineer that this information came from the network port, so why did the network port report such information? The frequency of each occurrence is different and irregular. What is the reason for this alarm message? 

(Note: When you enter the operating system, this information is gone.)
