Why is my network adapter disabled?

I have a problem with the network adapter, repeatedly it is disabled or appears with limited access.

Nowadays I have devices with Windows 10 enterprise and the model adapter is Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I219-LM.

We have tried upgrading the driver but the issue still appear, also we have changing the speed and the duplex mode.

Somebody have had the same problem.?

provide your w10 version number. Go to start, settings, system, about, and go to the bottom of the page.

1709 is no longer supported. Upgrade to 1809 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You need to be on a supported version of Windows 10. 1709 is not a supported version.

Is that the reason why the adapter is disabled or is it placed in a limited access state?

I have several cases like this in my LAN.!

You are on an unsupported version of windows 10. Why are you reluctant to upgrade and be current?
