Hi @iSohanur
Try this Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack version 28.2.1. It is advised to read the Release Notes and the readme before installation.

You should address your question to Gigabyte support/forum. Reviewing the specification for Gigabyte H410M board, I can see that it is equipped with Realtek GbE LAN chip rather than Intel I219-V. So, if this is true, the Intel driver is not compatible with this chip.

Hello iSohanur,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
According to the replies from LeonWaxman, indeed you must contact Gigabyte the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to check further on this issue.
Since Gigabyte H410M supports Realtek GbE LAN - kindly check with the Gigabyte if it can support Intel I219-V as well.
You can contact Gigabyte from below link:
https://www.gigabyte.com/Support
Please be informed we will be closing the thread since it is an OEM issue.
Please open a new thread if you have further issues.
Regards,
Hayat
