Cyclone V Simulation Atoms ncrypt Library Error on Questa Sim 2021.4

Hi, 

While I am trying to do simulation with nios2 for cyclone V on QuestaSim 2021.4, I observe an Error from Cyclone V Atoms ncrypt (cyclonev_atoms_ncrypt.v) simulation library files as seen below. The error is related to "protected region" however, any details are not present.  Although I used both Quartus Prime 18.1 and 21.4, I got same error. 

"Error: c:/intelfpga/18.1/quartus/eda/sim_lib/mentor/cyclone_atoms_ncrypt.v(38): in protected region"

Notes, I use auto generated script from Nativelink on Quartus for Library Generation.

Nios II simulation is a bit different. Have you use the correct steps check this video link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/content-details/649287/simulating-a-nios-ii-processor-design.html

Thank you for your kind response. I apologize for the very late reply due to some personal reasons.
Although I followed the steps in the video, the process still failed.
The error is the same as the one mentioned in the following link:
