Documentation for Cyclone IV AltMemPhy DDR2 controller

I am working on a design using a Cyclone IV device. 

 I am implementing a DDR2 memory controller using the IP block "DDR2 SDRAM Controller with ALTMEMPHY"  What I haven't been able to find is any detailed documentation for this IP.  In Qsys, the "details" tab for the DDR2 instance has:  DDR2 High Performance Controller Product Page http://www.altera.com/products/ip/iup/memory/m-alt-hpddr2.html  But that link doesn't work.  I have found the document "External Memory Interface Handbook" but the only reference in that regarding AltMemPhy was in the document revision history where it says that references to AltMemPhy had been removed.  Where can I find documentation specific to this IP?

You have to look at the older version (12.1) of the handbook:
