External Bus to Avalon Bridge only in University Program ?

Hi everyone

I try to connect a MCU (TI TM4C1294NCPDT) with a Intel Cyclone IV FPGA.

I found the "External Bus to Avalon Bridge" in the IP Catalog which seams to do what I am looking for.

I am just really confused: Why is this IP in the "University Program" and not in "Bridges and Adaptors" or "Processors and Peripherals"

Is there anything I need to consider when I use this IP from the University Program?
