Hello,
I'm new to using dsp builder. I recently got a proof of concept up and running in which i simply connect one input pin to one output pin through a delay. This works no problem. I tried to continue on to my actual application which requires an HDL driver for a serial ADC. When I select the project that I want to use for the HDL import and click compile, it processes for a few seconds but then fails with this message: "Error: Can't generate simulation netlist -- can't find license for core" What does this mean? I've been able to run Quartus II without any issue and was able to get a proof of concept running without issue also. I am using: Quartus II 8.1, Matlab R2008b Thanks, ChrisLink Copied

Yes, I do have a DSP builder license. I've been using DSP builder on the evaluation board but wanted to try it on my own board now. My first test was successful so I know it is possible for a DSP builder system to be loaded on my board.

Perhaps your HDL utilizes some megafunctions that aren't supported by the HDL import function... (although not sure what error msg that would give you)... check reference manual for specifics...
