Hello Support!

I use ASMI Parallel II Intel FPGA IP for access to MT25QU512.

This memory connected to Cyclone 10 GX by "AS config" sheme.

Before doing the following, i could write and read memory by avalon and jtag interfaces.

I performed the following steps on the AVL bus:

  1.  read from RD_NON_VOLATILE_CONF_REG 0xafee
  2.  write to WR_NON_VOLATILE_CONF_REG 0xafe2

After these actions, I no longer access to MT25QU512 by avalon and jtag .

I understand that I was writing incorrect values to memory.

How can I regain access to memory?

I have attached log from the programmer when writing the jic file

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel community.

Did you follow ASMI Parallel II userguide?

Also, what do you mean by writing incorrect values?

Regards,

Aiman
