Hi,

Does any one know where can i buy/get I2C, Phillips standard, Master and Slave, IP core? If possible, it will be better if it will be an open core.

I want to implement it on my cyclone 3, FPGA (3.3V).

Thanks a lot

Did you try the open core version?

opencores.org/project,i2c

It says it is compatible with the Phillips standard. Good luck.

The mp3-player example (from the altera wiki) seems to use the opencores version, too.
