Is it possible to manually configure DSP to perform 64-bit comparator function

I'm trying to figure out if a combination of two or more DSP modules supports comparison of two 64-bit values by some manual configuration.

On the block diagram I see two 36-bit inputs, adder, and multipliers that can be bypassed. Comparison could be done by subtracting one value from another, and looking at the sign bit.

Thanks,

Evgeni
