I know the MegaWizard since working with MAX+plus II and graphical designs and found it always self-explanatory. Of course, it's documented in the all-embracing Quartus II Handbook. It may be more important, to read the detail documentation for specific MegaFunctions, it's always accessible from the MegaWizard.
