dynamic pll reconfiguration

Hi, 

I know how to change a PLL output dynamically based on a known value, for example the mif file. But how to generate the parameters for the PLL dynamically when a output frequency value is given? Is there some function or formula to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

You don't really need to know the formula. Just use the ALTPLL. You will notice the settings' value if you check on the PLL output freq tab...
