spi ip core with fifo

hi,  

 

I want to know form where i can get the spi ip core with fifo, spi ip in quartus with no fifo ,my project nios receive spi data not timely, resulting spi status ROE ,so i  

must get a spi ip core with fifo, thanks first!:confused:
