Hi,
One of our project, we used Intel FPGA part number "5SGXEA7K1F40I2N" and it is now obsolete. Could you please help me that is there any alternative solution for this FPGA.
Thanks in advance

Look at 5SGXEA7K1F40I2G (exact same part except change N suffix to G).
Leaded ball package option was EOLed in favor of ROHS compliant package.
But you will likely have a difficult time sourcing this part due to current market conditions.

Yes I checked the same part number before writing this post but you are right. I couldn`t find the FPGA with the G suffix version at the market as well.

Hello,
You can check Table 6 from this document : https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/stratix-v/stx5_51001.pdf
You can apply device migration from the same package across logic counts (vertical -refer pic below)
or can use Quartus software to select migratable device for your Quartus project.
regards,
Farabi
