Hello,
These days we are working on a project using cyclone 10 FPGA, 10CX105, 780 PIN.
But we can not attach JTAG chain with our USB Blaster, using Quartus pro.
It always shows "Can not attach JTAG chain".
We test JTAG function with empty FLASH ROM. The MSEL[2:0] Pin are set to 010/000.
When they are 000, the Status pin is set to high when FPGA powers up. When they are 010, the Status pin is set to high per 1.7ms, then set to low.
The attachment is the schematic file. Could you please help us check if there are any mistakes?

Hello,
Is this the first time you see JTAG error on this board, or is it working properly previously?
JTAG dont need MSEL setting as JTAG will override MSEL setting.
Items I need you to check:
- USB Blaster installation. Go to Device Manager > Check USB Blaster status
- Open Quartus Programmer, click Auto-detect, can you see any device detected?
- Using oscilloscope, please provide scopeshot for nSTATUS, CONF_DONE, nCONFIG when you start programming the FPGA.
regards,
Farabi
