Cyclone IV GX Transceiver Starter Kit - getting started with PCIe

Hi,

I have this kit (dk-start-4cgx15) and would like to use it to test the PCIe hard core and develop a Linux PCIe driver.

I downloaded the "PCI Express High Performance Reference Design" (PCIe_hiperf_c4gx.zip) and the documentation.

According to the documentation it includes devilerables for;

  • FPGA programming files for the Cyclone IV GX Transceiver Starter Kit for ×1 and ×4 Gen1 operation

Looking through the projects provided these appear to be set up for a different board - most probably the dk-dev-4cgx150

Is there a version of the reference design projects which support my board as per the documentation? I note the the boards starter kit comes with a c4gx_hip_x1d.sof file in the demos directory which suggests this exists somewhere.

Cheers,

Andy

I created a simple design for this board. See the code posted in this thread;
