Hi Apara, may I know what exactly are you looking for? Are you looking for DE2-115 schematic file? If you are looking for design service I would recommend you to visit (https://marketplace.intel.com/s/?language=en_US). We don't provide design service in forum.

Hi Apara, I"m not aware Intel/Altera has this solution of lwip (Ethernet echo server). Looks like this has to be built from fresh. You can look up to (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/products/processors/support.html ) for numerous trainings available on NIOS and Intel FPGA. For design service I would recommend you to visit (https://marketplace.intel.com/s/?language=en_US).
