Hi MAX10中温度感应二极管来监测芯片内部温度，现在遇到的问题是： 目前采用了ADC的1、2和TSD通道，采用MAX10内部的IP核，时钟10M.目前读取到的ADC的1、2通道都是准确的，但是TSD通道（5’d17）温度数据不准确，样本中有的温度转换后再-10℃，有的温度在50℃和70℃跳变。，因手册上面时序图只提供了正常ADC通道的切换时序，没有描述TSD通道的，怀疑是不是通道切换的时序问题。 型号：10M08SAU169C8G
