MAX10 JTAG Chain

I will be daisy chaining two MAX10s(10M04SCU169C8G) in a JTAG daisy chain.
When writing the pof file, can Quartus Prime and USBBlaster identify FPGA1 and FPGA2 and write separate pof files?
How do I set up Programmer in Quartus Prime?

Hi,

you can manually edit the device chain or simply autodetect the devices and assign individual pof files.

Hi Tomoya3,

Can you follow the suggestion made by our community member, FvM, as mentioned above? Alternatively, after autodetect, you have the option to manually assign your preferred pof/sof file by right-clicking and selecting "Change File," then choosing your file.
