não consigo mudar minha memoria dedica da placa intel hd graphics 4000 de geito nenhum, ja desatualizei e atualizei a bios, queria uma ajuda para coloca no maximo pois esse notebook trava muito em certos programas

"dedicated" video memory is a function of the bios, and there is nothing Intel can do. And, dedicated memory is useless.
