Não consigo manter a tela esticada do notebook.

Bom dia. Não consigo manter a tela do notebook esticada, quando seleciono a resolução 4:3 em jogo, ela fica quadrada, e não esticada. Porém, preciso que ela fique em proporção de tela interia, e no programa de graficos da intel não me da essa opção. Pode me ajudar por favor ?

Is this a new computer?

Were you able to stretch the laptop screen on this specific machine before?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Você conseguiu esticar a tela do laptop nesta máquina específica antes? Não, pois é uma máquina nova

What is the name of the game?

Is this problem happening with other games?

Did you check the game settings and try to stretch the screen from there?

Boa tarde.

 

O problema ocorre em um jogo especifico, chamado Black Squad onde o mesmo está disponível na steam. Se por acaso eu configurar o vídeo para tela cheia o jogo "cracha" e fecha em seguida, portanto tenho que jogar com o jogo em modo janela. 

 

Qual é o nome do jogo? Black Squad

Esse problema está acontecendo com outros jogos? Não.

Você verificou as configurações do jogo e tentou esticar a tela a partir daí? Sim

 

Só passei a ter esse problema com essa nova máquina.

There is a new Intel® graphics driver available on our official website, which is version 31.0.101.5194. Please try a clean installation of that driver and once you get the chance, let us know the results:
