If you're unable to access both Windows and BIOS, it could indicate a few possible issues. Is your computer powered on and are all the hardware components (like fans, and lights) functioning normally? When you power on your computer, do you see any error messages or a specific behavior on the screen? Is it completely blank or is there a specific error message? Are you able to use the keyboard to interact with your computer during startup? For example, can you try pressing keys like Del, F2, or Esc to enter BIOS? Did you recently make any hardware or software changes to your computer before this issue started? Have you checked all cables and connections, including power cables, monitor cables, and peripherals? Are there any external devices (like USB drives, or external hard drives) connected to your computer? Have you tried disconnecting them and then restarting them? Have you encountered similar issues in the past, and if so, how were they resolved?
Sorry for so many questions, but sometimes it’s the most random thing that's causing the issue.
