Assassin's creed mirage out of inventory

Hello, I received intel master key to redeem the game bundle on 1st July , I registered for master key some 20 days earlier and when I received my key day before yesterday, It said assassin creed is out of inventory permanently, I mean , it's not at all fair as I got the master key late and it said that the offer is till 15th of July.

kindly look into the matter and provide us with the game or at least other genre assassin creed games instead of mirage

hello, thanks for replying pls note that I have entered the master key code correctly and using a supported browser to redeem the screenshot is the proof pls look into the problem and give me the game as soon as possible..
