For graphics-related issues such as artifacts, texture corruption, or lighting glitches please use any third-party application to capture screenshots or a video demonstrating the problem. If that’s not feasible, you may also use your phone’s camera or a similar device to record the issue.
If you prefer not to submit the SSU report, kindly provide the following system information instead:
- Processor make and model
- Current graphics driver version
- System/Motherboard make and model
- Amount of memory (RAM)
- Operating system version/build number
- Power supply make and model
