Hi @Kaix0x0

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • What are the current graphics settings in the game? (kindly provide screenshots)
  •  Is the game fully updated to the latest version?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes to the system recently?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Have you noticed any signs of overheating in the system?
  • Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game(e.g., Steam, Origin, Epic Games Store)?
  •  Could you please provide screenshots or a video recording of the graphics artifacts you are encountering?

Hi @Kaix0x0

I understand your concern and appreciate your cooperation. I’ve attached an article that outlines how to generate an SSU (System Support Utility) log report, which you may follow for guidance.

For graphics-related issues such as artifacts, texture corruption, or lighting glitches please use any third-party application to capture screenshots or a video demonstrating the problem. If that’s not feasible, you may also use your phone’s camera or a similar device to record the issue.

If you prefer not to submit the SSU report, kindly provide the following system information instead:

  • Processor make and model
  • Current graphics driver version
  • System/Motherboard make and model
  • Amount of memory (RAM)
  • Operating system version/build number
  • Power supply make and model

Need help? Reporting a bug or issue with Arc GPU? - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST! - Intel Community

Please let me know if you need any further assistance or clarification. By the way, I’ve also sent you an email with a proposal to extend my support further please take a moment to review it when you can.

Regards,
