Call of Duty Modern Warfare II 2022 Crash Error and Frezzing Error

Hey Intel, I tried to play cod mw 2 2022 after the new driver you guys had published in the official website howver still having the cod mw 2 2022 bootstrapper issue which is attached below ... There is no possibility of changing settings also theg ame freezes after the intro with a blackscreen and mw logo sometimes with shader optimization 0%... Kindly help!!! its been 2-3 years now the issue isnt fixed and many arc player including me struggling for the issue please help us Intel...

For me to assist you properly, please supply the details below.

 

1. Is the performance issue specific to Call of Duty Modern Warfare II?

2. Which game distribution platform are you using to launch the game (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.)?

3. At what point does the game crash (during launch, in menus, during gameplay, etc.)?

4. Does the crash occur consistently under certain conditions (e.g., specific maps, modes, or actions)?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
