Im trying to unlock my fps in the intel command center and its grayed out because i dont have adaptive sync turned on but i cant turn it on because its also grayed out. I tried to find the option in the intel graphics software but the option to turn on adaptive sync isnt there.
Im not using any external monitors just my laptops monitor. Someone please help me with this issue asap.
Another issue im having is when i turn on adaptive tessellation and close the IGCC then open it again the setting doesnt save and its turned off again.

Update your Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers. You can download the latest drivers from the Intel and Nvidia websites. Sometimes, Adaptive Sync settings can be controlled at the BIOS level. Check your laptop's BIOS settings to see if there is an option to enable Adaptive Sync. also update your Windows operating system. Sometimes, system updates can resolve compatibility issues. with the IGCC, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel Graphics Command Center. This can sometimes resolve issues with settings not being saved. And intel release a new graphics software visit this https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/discrete-gpus/arc/software/graphics-software.html

Hi, staxmade.
If I may offer input here, I understand that you're having issues with the adaptive sync settings in the Intel Graphics Command Center. Let’s address them one by one.
- What is your monitor's make and model?
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it here.
Have a great day!

Hi, staxmade.
I appreciate your patience. To further investigate this matter, I would like to know the following:
1. Was this working fine before?
2. When did the issue start occurring?
3. Have you contacted Lenovo to confirm if the laptop display supports Adaptive Sync?
4. Please try using the IGCC beta and see if there are any changes. You may download it here: [https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nmr79ztjftc?hl=en-US&gl=US].
You may also review the system requirements for Adaptive Sync here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/technical/enabling-intel-adaptive-sync-with-11th-generation-intel-processor-graphics-and-microsoft.html
Have a great day!

I just recently found out that i can unlock my fps i dont think I was ever able to turn it on. I didnt contact lenovo but its a gaming laptop the monitor most likely supports adaptive sync. I tried the beta and the option isnt even there.

I havent tried unlocking my fps before so i dont know if i did something to make it stop working but I dont think it ever let me unlock my fps. I didnt contact lenovo but its a gaming laptop monitor surely it supports adaptive sync. I tried the IGCC beta and there wasnt even an option for adaptive sync it was just adaptive tessellation, instant game tuning, retro scaling, and smart vsync, which I dont think is the same as adaptive sync unless im incorrect.
