Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you have some inquiries about your processor.
I have checked your pictures and I do not see any damage in the processor just to the box. However, if you do not feel comfortable or the processor is having a bad performance I recommend you to check with the place of purchase since they cover the warranty for the first 30 days.
If the CPU is not working and the place of purchase is not helping, you can get in contact directly with us for further help.
