Strange black lines flickering in valorant

Im getting strange black lines on my valorant with latest intel hd driver 31.0.101.2115.

 I cant find older drivers to roll back.

Is there any fix for this?

My Specs:
Pentium 4415U
8 GB DDR4
Intel HD 610

I am sorry to hear what is happening with your Intel® HD Graphics 610, I will gladly assist you here. 

Perform a clean installation of your graphics drivers, using the latest graphics driver. 

Note: Make sure to check you have all the Windows updates before doing the driver installation and doing the clean installation process without internet connection.
