almost same issue as :
https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/TV-screen-flickers-when-a-video-appears-on-it-or-when-it-goes/td-p/1525368
I use Intel i5-13600's Graphic, The HDMI connected to LG A3 (Year 2023).
When I play YouTube or video web (Chrome and MS Edge)
Screen will flickers 2~3 times.
also when I switch Tab or minimize and maximize too.
I tested driver 101.4146 to 101.5445
101.4146 = fine but randomly BSD when play Octopath Traveler (only) on LD Player.
101.4255 = worst , issue and BSD (Octopath on LD Player)
101.4369 ~ 101.5445 = issue but smooth LD Player.

still remain... I used Samsung Serie 8xxx (about 2014 model)
and change to LG 55SJ850T and then LG A3.
try many cables and ports too. (DP to HDMI too)
Old driver is super smooth... only randomly freeze (5~30 minutes)
when I play Octopath Traveler in LD Player.
and ONLY LD Player with Octopath Traveler.
I can play Octopath with other emulators (but game block the connection from many emulators).
I also play many game on LD Player without any issue.

Hello Omoshiro,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon checking the logs, I can confirm that you graphic drivers are up to date, however, I noticed a noticeable gap between the latest and current BIOS of your system.
- Current: 2015
- Latest: 3212
As such, I highly recommend to update your BIOS two versions at a time and observe if the flicker will still occur. You may follow this suggestion: 2015 to 2403, 2403 to 2603, 2603 to 2801, 2801 to 3202, 3202 to 3212.
You may also use this link on where to download the BIOS: ROG STRIX B660-A GAMING WIFI D4
Let us know how it went. I will be waiting for your reply.

I update bios... when I restart from BIOS flashing screen.
"Bios is updating LED firmware" screen appear,
and go to endless boot-loop.
So I can't do as your advice by now.

Hello Omoshiro,
I'm sorry to learn about the issues you've encountered. It appears that the symptoms may stem from an incomplete BIOS update. I strongly suggest contacting ASUS for assistance. They can advise whether a new flash update is possible or recommend alternative solutions to resolve the boot loop.
You may also update us on this thread once you have successfully contacted them.
