The video renderer used plays a significant role. You can try this:
Media Player Classic Black Edition (MPC-BE) in conjunction with the MPC Video Renderer

Hi YilingC,
To further investigate this situation, please provide the following information:
- Can you share to me the graphics driver you are using?
- Are you decoding single video one at a time or you are decoding multiple videos?
- Have your tried using different platform? If yes, do you also get the same issue?
Best regards,

Hi YilingC,
Since you mentioned that you have tried using different platforms and the issue still persists, could you please share the other platforms you have used?
Additionally, please perform a clean installation of the graphics driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). I will provide a link with instructions on How to use DDU to uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver. After uninstalling the graphics driver, reinstall the latest version using this link: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows, then restart your system.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hi YilingC,
Thank you for your patience. I have some follow-up instructions for you:
- In PotPlayer Video Settings, please change the renderer to DX11.
- Could you try using a different application than the ones you have previously used? This will help us further isolate and investigate the issue.
Once you have tried using different applications, please list all of them for me and inform me if the issue persists with these other applications as well.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

1. It's no use
2. I tried to use PowerDVD, nothing changed.
The video source is from youtube, I guess it's the problem about video optimization,
because not all of the 8k 60fps with lag, please check below what video is lag what I tried.
Could you please try to use Arc A750 watch the video and setting quality 8k 60fps?

Hi YilingC,
Can you share to me the model of your monitor? Also, can you clarify to me about the internal display is disabled? Lastly, when you are playing the youtube video that you have shared, are you having network buffer or the video itself lags behind?
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hi YilingC,
Before you get the A770 graphics, do you have a previous GPU? When you use that GPU, does 8K video also lags?
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

My previous GPU is RX6600XT, but it didn't support 8K AV1. The other one is UHD 730, although it support, but more lag than A750.

Hello YilingC,
Thanks for providing this to me, as I am investigating about your monitor. It seems that your monitor only supports 4K resolution, you can check the technical specification through this link: https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27up600-w-4k-uhd-monitor
As such, there is a tendency that it will lag on your display if you try to play AV1 videos. Although, the A750 supports 8K resolution, it will still depends on the monitor that you are using.
Let me know if you have other inquiries that I can assist you with.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.
