15.33.22.64.3621 drivers & Folio 1040 - 3 monitor issue

Hi

After upgrading to 64-bit 15.33.22.64.3621 version of Intel HD graphics drivers I have noticed you cannot output to 3 monitors (notebook display, 2 external displays)

Reverting to 15.33.18.64.3496 resolves the issue.

Seems to be resolved in 15.36.64.3652b
