Thanks: I have a HP Pavilion Gaming PC with Intel® Core™ i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz GRAPHICS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. I have connected a Philips 49 inch monitor with 5120x1440 resolution via HDMI, but the current PC configuration only has 3840x1080 resolution. I contacted NVIDIA who indicated they were not able to help, as it was a PC issue. Nevertheless, I downloaded the new driver from NVIDIA, changed to custom ‘5120x1440’ resolution but it still doesn’t look like the correct resolution. Thanks for any suggestions.

Sorry, but your processor has no graphics.  You must work this out with HP and/or nvidia and/or microsoft.
