ARC B580 is not performing as we expect in Black Myth: Wukong

At present, I am satisfied with the 12G and price of the graphics card, but in the process of using it, I found that the performance of some games is not as good as that of other graphics cards with specifications and prices smaller than its.in the Black Myth Wukong, the B580 does not perform well, even worse than the 6750gre10g or 1070ti.

1.When fighting in Boss fight with Yin Tiger,Yellow eyebrows, you can't keep 55fps and GPU power can't reach to 90w.even I use 80%TSR Super-resolution technology and TSR Frame generation technology.
My setup in game is as follows:

1. Picture quality details:Medium（but Shadow quality and Global illumination:High）
2. 80%TSR Super-resolution technology and TSR Frame generation technology.
3. 2560*1440p
4. DX12

2.When fighting in Boss fight with Tiger Pioneer, kangjin loong,you can't keep 45fps and GPU power can't reach to 90w.I use xess.
My setup in game is as follows:

1. Picture quality details:Medium（but Shadow quality and Global illumination:High）
2. 38% xess Super-resolution technology.
3. 2560*1440p
4. DX12

I've attached a screenshot of the relevant in-game data*4 using MSI Afterburner.

Last，in 1070ti,I found it can work in 74fps+.This is so frustrating.I don't know wether I desribed well.If you need more information please call me.I don‘t know how to make Intel offcial accept this mail.

If there is an investment optimization for this game, I will post a video to follow up as soon as possible.

I appreciate sharing all this information regarding to the issues you're experiencing on your B580.

For us to further investigate on this, kindly provide the following details below:

• Kindly give us the SSU logs from your system.
  • Source link: Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
• What are the game settings you're using while playing Black Myth: Wukong?
• Kindly provide us the CapFrameX files on Black Myth: Wukong.

CapFrameX Installation instructions:

1. Go to https://www.capframex.com/download and download the latest version of CapframeX.
2. Go to https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html and download the latest version of RTSS.
3. Unzip both installers and install them.
4. Launch CapFrameX and then close it. This is so it creates the user Configuration folder.
5. Download and unzip the file OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json (attached in this post) with the recommended RTSS configuration.
6. Paste this file to %userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\Configuration.
7. In the Capture tab, set the "Capture time" to 0. This is to remove the preset limit in capture time.
8. In the Overlay tab, uncheck "Auto-Disable OSD" and click the save icon.

Capturing the Performance Data:

1. Open CapframeX and do NOT minimize or close it.
2. Open the game and go to the part of the game you need to be to reproduce the issue. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "<game name> ready to capture…".
3. Press F11 to start capturing data and reproduce the issue. The Status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s".
4. Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capturing. The Status in the overlay will change to "Processing data".
5. Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab. Clicking any one of these captures will display the results on the right.
6. To export the data captured as a JSON file, right click the capture and click on "Copy/paste recording file(s)".

Once we have this information, we will be able to proceed with the next course of action and work towards resolving the issue you are facing.

Try to download this driver version: 32.0.101.6460_101.6259

I have downloaded the graphics driver version that was released on Jan 29th.But I don‘t know whether I download rightly

I try to play again,but it didn't work.Nothing change.Maybe the reason why B580 doesn't work well is the 16M L3 of 8400F，or the limit power 190W of maxsun B580？I also attach the game statistic document and SSU.

Followed settings:

1. Picture quality details:Medium（but Shadow quality and Global illumination:High）
2. 80%TSR Super-resolution technology and TSR Frame generation technology.
3. 2560*1440p
4. DX12
5. Monitor used 1920 x 1080.

Checking on the recent simulation results, try installing our latest graphics driver version: 32.0.101.6557_101.6262 (Latest).

Give us an update if there will be changes on the issue.

Thanks for responsing so fast, I also work it at driver version: 32.0.101.6557_101.6262 (Latest) agian.

1.1920*1080p today

2.2560*1440p today

3.2560*1440p at 31,January

Obviously，there is a clear improvement here. 

I think I should update CPU to the same level of 14600K to obtain better gaming experience.

Are you still at here?After last communication,I update my cpu to 9600X which is the same level of 14600K,

and I try it again.But there is no increasing at all in same settings with the 32.0.101.6557_101.6262 (Latest) 

So Is there a problem with the compatibility of AMD CPU and B580? Can it be optimized?
