My laptop Intel HD ASUS Laptop 2nd Gen Core i7 graphic 3000 and my friend's Acer laptop 3rd Gen i5 graphic 4000 does not detect HDMI display connected.
I'm brought Wacom Cintiq 13HD, it's interactive pen display that must connect to HDMI Port but when I plugged in my Cintiq 13HD Display No Signal message.
I try many time to detect multiple display but it not work, Please help me.
PS.sorry for my English is not good enough.

Hello Chalee3564,
Since there are two different computers that are not detected, then let me suggest that before considering the configuration on the computers that you test first another cable and also test another HDMI monitor, just to make sure that the HDMI outputs are ok.
If you still have no display let me know if you have installed the driver from the Wacom website?
If not, you can download it from the manufacture website, just select your region:
