Hace unos años adquirí un pc LG AIO 24v550 con procesador Intel i5-5200U e Intel HD Graphics 5500, por lo que desde hace un par de días al momento de iniciar un determinado videojuego me salta un error sobre el controlador de gráficos. Revisé que la versión de la gráfica es la 20.19.15.4549 de, aparentemente, el año 2016. Así que realicé un diagnóstico para actualizar los controladores necesarios (incluido el de la gráfica), pero me pide que me comunique con el equipo de soporte para que proveerme un controlador específicamente para la gráfica instalada ya que los controladores genéricos podrían causar problemas técnicos en la computadora por una gráfica personalizada.
Quisiera obtener más información al respecto, en caso de que haya algún controlador más reciente para mi tarjeta gráfica, por favor.

In order to better assist you, please try the following:
1. Clean installation of the Intel drivers:
- File: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30196/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-
- Steps: https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html
2. If you received the same error, this would mean that the PC/laptop is not compatible with the Intel drivers (generic) and you will need to use the drivers from the PC/laptop manufacturer which are customized to work perfectly with your system.
3. Try to run all Windows updated, even the optional ones.
